Marilyn Ewens paints in a mixed media of watercolour and pastel and uses charcoal with water to create expressive paintings of the Somerset countryside around her Quantock home.

More recently her inspiration has come from the Scottish Highlands and she is currently painting in oils to capture these majestic landscapes.

Her work has been exhibited in Bath, Exeter, Truro and the Royal Academy as well as several local galleries.
