Jenny was born in
Poole, Dorset and has lived in Watchet for many years.
A still-life and botanical artist, her method of working
has its roots as far back as the seventeenth century.
Her complex
technique and original approach to such a traditional
subject has made her work much prized by collectors.
She was elected a member of the Society of Botanical
Artists in 1989 and was awarded a Silver Gilt Medal for
a series of watercolours or rare magnolias by the Royal
Horticultural Society in 1988. |
