An ex orthopaedic surgeon, Frank found the mechanics of surgery translated to sculpture and having learnt to weld developed his own particular style and technique.
His work evolved over the years and his interest now lies in creating simplistic human forms.
Frank is fascinated by the way in which such a hard material as steel can take on a soft organic quality, which allows the relationship between the figures to show through.
